This archive includes the Visual Basic V3.0 runtime file. This program will NOT work with VBRUN100.DLL or VBRUN200.DLL. 

Uploaded by the author, Runner's Logbook is a Windows application designed to provide runner's of all skill levels with the tools necessary to track, monitor, and improve performance. 

The program has the following capabilities:
* Tracks data for multiple runners
* Uses a graphical tool bar for one-click access to most of the functions of the application
* Default configuraton options that reduce the need for repetitive data entry by the runner
* Pop up windows for "time" and "date selection" that simplify data entry for these fields
* Provides extensive on-line, graphical help
* Daily detail screen has option buttons for logging weather conditions, shoes used, etc. (again, reduces typing)
* Detailed reports by "week", "month", "year", "shoes", and "races"
* 3D Bar Graphs
* Most reports can be graphically displayed on screen and printed

To install, run the included SETUP.EXE

To run, launch: RUNNER.EXE or run from its Windows program icon.
